Why we exist

Here’s what we kept seeing.

Builders were losing their evenings to take-offs, then losing jobs because their quote was a guess.

Subbies were pricing work off plans they’d had for one night, hoping they hadn’t missed anything.

Homeowners were told by their bank to “get a QS report”, and had no idea who to call or what one even was.

None of those people needed a big consultancy with a glossy brochure. They needed someone who could read a set of plans, measure them properly and give them numbers they could trust, at a price they knew up front.

So that’s what we do.

We measure from your plans. Every quantity can be traced back to the drawings, so you can check our work and adjust it to your own rates.

We keep it plain. No jargon, no padding. If you ring us with a question, you’ll get a straight answer.

We work nationwide. Most of our work is done from plans, so it doesn’t matter whether your job is in Auckland or Alexandra.

We look after regulars. Builders and trades who send us work every week get looked after.
