What to include

  • Your plans. PDF is best. Floor plans, elevations and sections, plus any engineering or specs you’ve got.
  • What you need. A bank report, a full estimate, a priced BOQ, or a take-off for one trade.
  • Your deadline. If a bank, a client or a tender is waiting on you, tell us the date.

What happens next

  1. We look over your plans and send you a fixed-fee quote.
  2. You approve it. You won’t pay a cent more than the quote says.
  3. You get your numbers. Most reports are back within 48 hours of you approving the quote. If yours is a bigger job, we’ll tell you before you say yes.
